What counts as a result

Registrations, ticket purchases, attendance, app installs.

What it costs

Link tracking is free. Funded campaigns: ₹4,999 + GST a year and the reward you set + 15% per result, from a budget you lock.

What you see

Every open by channel and city, who is on the page now, and each registration the moment it is counted.

How it plays out

A fintech conference gives 30 speakers and 12 sponsors a link each. The organiser sees which speakers' LinkedIn posts and which community groups register people, and rewards sponsors' communities per paid ticket.

Who shares for a events & webinars brand

Each of them gets a link of their own, sees their own numbers, and is paid per counted registration.

Why events & webinars teams use it

Speakers and sponsors as channels

Everyone involved gets a link; the organiser sees who brought whom.

QR on the poster

Print and on-screen QR codes carry tracked links.

Close and return

Close the campaign after the event; unspent budget returns.

The events & webinars guide

How referral works in events & webinars, how to set it up, what to pay, what to watch, and what to avoid.

Short version. One link per partner or placement, a reward per counted registration, a budget you lock, and a live view both sides read.

Every speaker is a channel

Conferences, workshops and expos sell tickets through speakers, sponsors, community partners and last year's attendees. Each of them posts a link; nobody knows which post sold which ticket, so promo codes proliferate and reconciliation happens after the event, when it no longer matters.

The numbers for a mid-sized conference: twenty speakers, ten sponsors, five community partners, and a few hundred last-year attendees. Each has an audience that overlaps only partly with the others. A link per person turns those audiences into thirty-five lines on one screen, and the organiser learns which of them actually sells tickets, usually with surprises.

A link per speaker, sponsor and community

The registration page is the landing page; the completed registration (or paid ticket) is the result. Speakers, sponsors, community partners and volunteers each get a link. Posters and standees get a QR each. The live view shows opens by platform and city, so you know which speaker's audience is in Dubai and which community is in Bengaluru.

Rewards that communities accept

Communities often prefer a reward that goes to the community fund rather than an individual; the wallet works either way. ₹100 per registration, plus 15%, from the locked budget, is a common starting point for a paid conference; free events can reward completed check-ins instead, reported at the door.

The week before the event

Opens rise, results follow with a lag, and the live view tells you which channels are warming up. Sponsors love seeing their own numbers before the event, and it is a good reason to share access with them: a sponsor who sees 300 opens from their post will post again.

For expos and trade shows the result is often a registered visitor rather than a paid ticket, reported at registration and confirmed at check-in. Rewarding the check-in rather than the registration keeps the count honest for exhibitors who pay by footfall, and the QR on every exhibitor's invitation tells you which exhibitor's customers turned up.

After the event

Close the campaign; unused budget returns to the wallet. Keep the links; next year's event can reuse the same partner list with new pages, and the history from this year tells you who to invite first.
